At Kiducart, we do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.
However, we offer a Return for Exchange option under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged or defective
The wrong product was delivered
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, an exchange product will be shipped to the customer.
Kiducart does not provide cash refunds or payment reversals under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
